I’m at a crossroads right now regarding this site. I’ve been dedicated to virtual worlds for years and have devoted my time on this site and others. Unfortunately I’ve been unable to find a virtual world that is truly for the members 100% and I’m not going to waste time helping a world grow that doesn’t have the right intentions. So I can let others post here (preferred method), dump the site after it expires or just keep it closed for good. Any thoughts? I have decided to step back from Kaneva with the addition of many members being banned, the staff not listening to members and the ultimate demise of a once-great place. Kaneva has been my home for over 2 years but i’m afraid to say that the home is no longer a nice place to be. For that and other reasons I would like to share with everyone 3DJays, a very tough competitor to Kaneva. 3DJay is 100% free, is respectful of members ideas, thoughts, wishes and desires. And banning/kicking people is the very last option 3DJays uses when dealing with upset or troubled members. After speaking with a lead staff member, I found out 3DJays is planning for the future and is going to be staying around. The code has been 9 years in the development and has just opened its doors in the Alpha stage. There may be a bug here or there but they actually listen to members and fix things when they are reported. Let’s get right into the awesomeness… Do you like to Rollerblade? Well you can do that here! Do you like to fly? Yup, you can do that at 3DJay as well. How about riding a Segway? You can sure do that as well!
Guys…you can walk around without a shirt if you want and no access pass is needed! Ladies can wear the hot clothing without an access pass too! You are provided with an awesome home that you can edit, add and update. I haven’t gotten into building too much yet but supposedly it’s just as awesome! Anyone 18 and under will arrive in a zone separated from those 19 and older; however you can still port to members in the “older” zone. This change, widely accepted by most but not all, was a change from its initial form. Due to Agreements, we can’t state what the initial separation was…just know it was disliked by all. As to not be biased towards this addition I wanted to show the Positives and the Negatives of this decision: Positives

There are positive and negatives; you be the judge! As an Easter Present from Ravedya.com, here’s the secret to the Kaneva Easter Egg. First Dance Emote Step 1: Push and close the Preferences button 3 times (Push the Preference button and close the window that opens. Do this 3 times)
Step 2: Push and close the Help button 10 times (Push the Help button and close the window that opens. Do this 10 times)
After doing that you will either do the ” LOL” emote which means you failed. If that’s the case then leave the area and come back and try steps 1-2 again.
Second Dance Emote Step 1: Push and close the Activities button 7 times (Push the Activities button and close the window that opens. Do this 7 times)
Step 2: Push and close the Show The Map button 10 times (Push the Help button and close the window that opens. Do this 10 times)
After doing that you will either do the ” LOL” emote which means you failed. If that’s the case then leave the area and come back and try steps 1-2 again.
